The Work Items tab on the Mobile311 Admin Site allows you to add in your Work Types and Work Statuses. This section is also where you can view a list of your Scheduled Work Items, Routes, and Custom Forms. If certain users need to receive email alerts you can set those up in this section.
The Admin Site in Mobile311 is only accessible for users with the Web Administrator Security Level.
- To access the Admin Site, click on the Admin Site link located in the upper right corner of your Mobile311 portal after you log in.
